Container/Tube: Pink top (K2 EDTA), Purple top (EDTA), or Cord Blood red top
Specimen Volume: 6 mL
Specimen Pediatric Volume: 1 full, lavender-top (EDTA) Microtainer
Collection Instructions: Do not centrifuge. Forward unprocessed whole blood promptly.
Additional Information: Include report of diagnosis and history of transfusions and drug therapy.
