The determination of IgG class antibodies to Measles, Mumps and Rubella Viruses after immunization with the vaccine to this virus. The presence of IgG Class also indicates previous infection with the virus in a patient with no record of immunization.

Collection Instructions: Centrifuge and separate serum from cells within 2 hours of collection.
Specimen Rejection: Grossly hemolyzed, icteric or lipemic samples will be rejected.
