Specimen Type: EDTA  plasma

Container/Tube: Lavender top (EDTA)

Specimen Volume: 4 mL Whole Blood

Specimen Minimum Volume: 1 mL EDTA plasma

Collection Instructions:  Spin down promptly and separate EDTA plasma.  Label as EDTA plasma.

Specimen Rejection:  Hemolyzed samples will be rejected.
