Specimen Type: EDTA Whole Blood

Container/Tube: Lavender top (EDTA)

Specimen Volume: 4 mL Whole Blood

Specimen Minimum Volume: 1 mL EDTA plasma

Collection Instructions:  Spin down and separate EDTA plasma within 20 hours of collection.  Label as EDTA plasma.  Separate serum within 4 hours of collection.
